I want to wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving! Almost everyone I know thinks of turkey when Thanksgiving is mentioned. Pat is meeting expectations with that holiday bird. Carrots, potatoes, green beans, cranberries… you name it! The bigger the guest list, the bigger the list of sides might be!

But this day isn’t just about the big meal and the big game. It is about giving thanks (it’s right there, in the title)! The year is almost finished and soon it will be a brand new year. I wanted to first thank my family and friends who have indulged or encouraged me to make this comic. It is not as grandiose as my previous (unpublished) ideas. It is definitely not perfect. But it is something that I am glad to share. And lastly, I want to thank my readers. I know Gobo Gazette is a nascent comic but the small following I’ve seen (especially on Instagram) has been most encouraging. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
