Panel 1
Outside on the street, Pōk, Nak, Wak and Puccini are seen walking towards the viewer. The three gobos still wear the illusory gnome disguise provided by the wizard. Pōk is stifling a snicker while holding a stack of string-wrapped clothing, glancing over to Nak, who has an "eye roll" expression while carrying a similarly wrapped box with a lid. Wak is carrying two in a stack, but is partially obscured by the flapping cape of Puccini, who appears to be livid and expressing it visually instead of in the volume of his words.
Narrative Box: "Later"
Puccini, barely whispering: "Engaging a shopkeep in a sale?! Are you mad?!"
Panel 2
The view zooms in on Nak's now upheld hand, pointer finger raised in an interrupting manner. Puccini's cloak becalms as the wind is taken out of him.
Puccini, whispering: "We are trying not... to..."
Panel 3
In a wide closeup focused on the gobos, Nak's head lowers and the upheld finger wiggles as the "gnome" begins to calmly explain. Wak glances over as Nak speaks, while Puccini - still flustered - clenches his fist.
Nak, whispering: "<First, commerce is a language that can be spoken with coin, goods, or service. Not a word was exchanged between us.>"

I wonder what that looks like in Gobbo
I’m no professional translator, but…
” $
”
At least, that’s my best approximation.
…whoops, ok, it looks like a lot of my other comment did not actually go through! let’s try that again, using parentheses instead of brackets this time to designate gobbo “words”:
“(hand with one finger pointing up) (dollar sign) (open mouth) (stack of coins) (boxes) (gobbo carrying boxes)
(no symbol around an open mouth) (nak face) (double sided arrow) (shopkeep face)”
