40.09 Origin Story
“Origin Story” As the title might suggest, we are about to enter origin story mode. Nob is really stalling, but we will be starting soon. And it should last about a year our time. Just a little warning that things will get more intense towards the end of the flashback, perhaps more than some previous scenes, but nothing too extreme.

Panel 1
In a very close shot inside Puccini's tower, Bam is listening intently next to the doorless entrance to Whiskit's classroom. So intent that the gobos right eye - swollen shut from a previous accident - is creaked open.
Nob, offscreen: "<But, in order to talk about Wak...>"
Panel 2
Within Whiskit's classroom, Nob is walking away from both the view and the homunculus teacher, who is close and just in view. The gobo leader makes a sweeping gesture with the left hand while the right remains at the base of the back. Nob's expression is hidden from view...
Nob: "<I must speak of a time prior to our arrival at the mine.>"
Panel 3
...but is soon revealed when the view flips. Nob tries to glance back without a turn of the head, a look of reservation and nervousness present. Whiskit is - once more - just in view, eyes glowing while transmitting the discussion to Puccini (offscreen).
Nob, weakly: "<Better told over a day than just one evening.>"
Puccini, offscreen transmitting through Whiskit: "Just keep it plain."
Panel 4
The scene returns to the corridor off of Whiskit's classroom. Bam has wasted no time running down and away from the viewer, making a left at the T-intersection at the end.
Nob, offscreen: "<Even still, this story will fill some hours. I fear you will be asleep before it ends.>"
