Gobo Gazette

Five years ago, a special person entered my life – my main influence for making Gobo Gazette – and I want to wish him a happy fifth birthday! Last year, I forgot to create an Instagram post for his birthday. (Don’t worry, he let me have it last year!) Well, I made sure not to forget to make something this time. Dante is back in four-color line art! Wow, they grow up fast. So fast in fact that if I didn’t get the scale right in this image, I’m sure he’ll be there in a couple months! And he is back to having fun with the gobos! Although I think he misinterpreted when he was supposed to get those keys. (Let me know if you find them.)

Last year, I also stated that I would be skipping Inktober. Well, that might be the case this year as well. I figure that I should probably give this website a little TLC first before pumping out an image a day during October. Perhaps with a nicely sized buffer (working on it) and a refreshing, updated look in place, I might consider doing it again. Or perhaps I’ll do a special project? Only time will tell…
