Warning: This strip contains a violent scene which may not be appropriate for young or sensitive viewers. Sure, this is a late warning for those coming directly to the comic (or searching through the archives) but this should show up in the meta description for feed aggregators and the social media update images all carry this warning.

Is the warning warranted? I think so. There isn’t any bloodshed but, even in silhouette, decapitation is quite the gory event. I heard that it can even get you blocked on some of the big web comic collective sites. The violence in Gobo Gazette is primarily cartoon level… but it is a fantasy-themed strip and sometimes things get real. We might see similarly violent scenes in the future but they will be rare and I will endeavor to give fair warning.
