5.11 Fly You Fools!
“Fly You Fools!” Today is a bonus comic for Chapter 5, and what a way to close it. What could possibly happen next? As can be seen, this is not the end of Gobo Gazette… but it could be the end for somebody! Not only is this the final comic for Chapter 5 but it is the final comic of the year, ending on a literal cliffhanger! Well, maybe not literal but there is still a slim chance someone will grab an edge, right?
So this is how the story goes, if everything runs according to plan. There are ten strips per chapter, with a four-row comic at the start of each one. At the very end of every five chapters, we’ll have a bonus comic to hold everyone over until the next year. Next year? I thought Gobo Gazette updates every Friday? That is mostly correct. But based on the schedule, I end up with a couple weeks left over. I want to start off each new year with a new chapter. So, you get a bonus comic and I get a week off. Everyone deserves a break, right?
So, I will be taking the next week off for the holidays (and to rebuild my depleted buffer, if I find the time) and Gobo Gazette will return on January 4th with a brand new year of mischief and misadventures. I hope to see you there. Until then, happy holidays to you and your families!
